75ml of pisco - 150ml of ginger ale - 60ml of San Pellegrino sparkling water - A lemon slice - Ice
Chilcano: the recipe
1) Fill a highball glass with ice
2) Add the pisco, ginger ale and sparkling water
3) Stir and adorn with the lemon slice
